My Anger for this server

i think this is a great server and i love the up time and generally 99% of it. it is one of the best tekkit servers i have been on
what makes me really angry is the lack of admin support. it is ridiculous. i have been online for about 2 weeks and seen a admin 4 times
this is disgraceful admin support i personally think
secondly there are a serious lack of plugins that make it impossible for players to protect their creations in the absence of the admins. and also it makes it hard for the admins to do their job
please rectify this
